Emerging three years later, he enrolled at Orange Coast College in Architectural Arts, and then attended California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, receiving his Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1976. ART HISTORY
Mark Kadlec has been an artist as long as he can remember. Past artwork included sand paintings made with crushed granite, geometric designs with thread stretched across nails in a board, acrylic paintings, wall-hung sculptures with wood and wire, and 20 years of sketch books filled with graphic musings. In 2006, the artwork of the past coalesced into his current method of expression. He is also interested in the theory of art and expression, particularly analytical abstraction.
